Monolithic Glass
The monolithic glass is the single component used in the production of La Tecnica Nel Vetro products. Monolithic glasses can be made more resistant by heat treatment and, in particular, by the hardening process. Our production department is equipped with a Glaston FC 500 tempering furnace for processing monolithic glass.
TheHeat Soak Test (HST) is also available on monolithic tempered glass. Tempered glass sheets + HST are generally used to make laminated and insulating units. La Tecnica Nel Vetro monolithic glasses are also available with paste colors and customized through artistic processes such as enamelling, screen printing or digital printing on glass.

Colored Monolithic Glass

The colored glass in the paste is used to create colored monolithic La Tecnica Nel Vetro, useful as design elements for indoors and outdoors. Colored glasses have solar control properties (which can also be calculated in relation to the thickness of the glass).
Colored monolithics are also used in the production of insulating and structural glass, in which performance and aesthetic characteristics are perfectly combined.
